― Marcus Aurelius

If the man had half a brain, he'd tell her forget it, you don't get anything then. Ungrateful brat.
I shudder to think what my dad would have done to me if I had refused his gift a car because it was the wrong color.
I'm not sure I'd be here typing this right now and deservedly so.

Not just a car, I believe it was a new Saab. God, my first car was one I bought myself for $800. An '81 Mustang. The doors didn't lock, the gas gauge didn't work, the radio didn't work, no heat, etc. But it got me back and forth to work and I loved it! Probably because it was the first major purchase I ever made on my own.
