Get Healthy or get fired

Get Healthy—Or Else

I understand the pressure to keep your employees healthy is good for everybody but there is a slippery slope here. I support the idea of rewarding those who work out with either cheaper benefits or subsidized gym memberships (or both). I do not, however, want HR calling me and asking me how many times I worked out and telling me I'm fat. I've been on the receiving end of corporate programs before and I doubt they'd do it very well.
