Tony Blankley has the heads up on biomedical research and Roe v. Wade. File this one under "the law of unintended consequences". I don't have the same surity he does that the court will decided that any form of viability undermines Roe but I have little doubt the arguement will be made.

Simple, ban any former members from being lobbyists and limit lobbyists to terms as well. (I'm not sure how that would work. Just a thought.) The other answer is transparency. Black Pope could follow Barack Obama's election, says US archbishop : "The election of Barack Obama as the first African-American US President could pave the way for the election of the first black Pope, according to a leading black American Catholic." Except that we've had three black Popes already. The last one was 1700 years ago. You'd think he know that. I knew we had them in the past.
